Job Summary: A Nursing Educator plays a vital role in the healthcare sector,

Key Responsibilities:
1. Curriculum Development: Design and update nursing education programs,

sessions to nursing students and healthcare professionals.
3. Clinical Supervision: Provide hands-on clinical supervision, ensuring
practical skills are aligned with theoretical knowledge.
4. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and implement assessment tools to
evaluate the performance and competence of nursing students and staff.
5. Mentorship: Offer guidance and mentorship to nursing students and new
graduates, fostering professional growth.
6. Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in nursing

7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with nursing staff, educators, and

Qualifications:

Experience:
