Candidate should have strong experience in Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, and ELV execution works.
Must have experience in high-rise residential building projects . Should have done atleast two Hirise projects. Experience in testing & commissioning, quality control, and project handover is preferred.
Responsible for complete MEP site execution, coordination, planning, and monitoring activities.
Should be capable of handling subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams effectively.
Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and material reconciliation for site activities is mandatory.
Must ensure timely execution as per approved drawings and project schedules.
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills are required.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
