Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to established recipes and standards.
- Assist in the production of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, muffins, and other baked goods.
- Ensure consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and portion sizes.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout the production process.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company policies.
- Properly store ingredients and finished products to maintain freshness and quality.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO), and minimizing wastage.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Support senior chefs during large-scale production and special events.
- Ensure all bakery equipment is handled safely and responsibly.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting bakery supplies and ingredients.
RequirementsEducation
- Diploma or Certificate in Bakery and Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a bakery, hotel, restaurant, or commercial kitchen.
- Experience in bread, pastry, and cake production is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
