Employment Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities - Assist customers with TVS loan applications and related queries. - Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing. - Maintain accurate customer records and update application status. - Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely loan processing. - Follow up with customers regarding pending documents and loan approvals. - Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines. - Provide professional customer support throughout the loan process. Eligibility - Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. - Basic computer knowledge is preferred. - Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English knowledge is an advantage.
