About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and manage a dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, branding, lead generation, SEO, social media marketing, and campaign strategy.
The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring effective team coordination and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and achievement of targets.
- Plan and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI metrics to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Coordinate with content, design, and development teams for campaign planning and execution.
- Build and implement lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure maximum ROI from campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Management.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and team priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT services, software development, or technology industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
