Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll assistance, attendance management, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures smooth HR operations and contributes to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Selection
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Conduct initial HR interviews.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Coordinate joining formalities.
2. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage exit interviews and clearance processes.
- Process full and final settlements.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Maintain attendance management systems.
- Resolve attendance-related issues.
4. Payroll Support
- Collect and verify payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing.
- Ensure timely payroll administration.
- Handle employee payroll queries.
5. Employee Relations
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote employee engagement activities.
- Support workplace discipline and conflict resolution.
- Foster a positive organizational culture.
6. Performance Management
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance reviews.
- Support goal-setting and performance improvement initiatives.
7. Training & Development
- Identify training needs.
- Coordinate employee training programs.
- Maintain training records and reports.
8. HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain statutory records and documentation.
- Assist during audits and inspections.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1–5 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
