Job Title: Special Educator
Job Summary:
Euro ICSE is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Special Educator to support students with diverse learning needs. The candidate will develop and implement individualized learning plans, collaborate with teachers and parents, and promote an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students' learning needs and prepare Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individualized and small-group instruction.
- Adapt teaching methods and learning materials to meet students' needs.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and therapists to support student development.
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) – Mandatory
- Degree/Diploma in Special Education (RCI recognized preferred).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Prior experience as a Special Educator is preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
