Export Documentation Executive Goodgood Manufacturers | Ludhiana, Punjab | Full-time, On-site ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
About the Role
We're hiring an Export Documentation Executive to join our export operations team in Ludhiana. You'll handle the paperwork and coordination that keeps our international shipments moving — on time and error-free.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and manage export documents — Shipping Bills, Bill of Lading, Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, and shipping lines
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) document preparation and bank submissions
- Liaise with DGFT, customs, and other regulatory bodies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all shipment documentation
- Follow up on pending documents and resolve discrepancies quickly
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in export documentation or a similar role
- Strong written English — you'll be communicating with international buyers and banks
- Basic knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and customs compliance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Good to have: Experience with ERP/Tally, or background working with a CHA or freight forwarder
