Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, promoting products or services, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

- Hindi communication is must.

Working Conditions:

- Office-based or remote (as per company policy).
- Rotational shifts if required.

Salary:
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
