Job Summary-
The Patient Care Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive healthcare experience by coordinating appointments, managing patient records, facilitating communication between patients and healthcare providers, and assisting with administrative and clinical support functions. This role requires excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills to ensure seamless patient care.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
- Candidate Should Be Graduate & MSW
- Previous experience in healthcare, medical office administration, or patient services preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance verification, and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hindi English Typing and healthcare software applications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
- Verify insurance eligibility, obtain authorizations, and explain coverage when needed.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists, diagnostic testing, and follow-up appointments.
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Answer patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, billing, and services.
- Monitor patient care plans and follow up to ensure recommended treatments are completed.
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and process necessary documentation.
- Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and payment collection when applicable.
- Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
