Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and goal-oriented Academic Counsellor to help students navigate their career paths. Your primary role is to provide expert advice on our courses (Data Analytics, Logistics, Accounting, etc.) and ensure a smooth enrollment process. This is an ideal opportunity for freshers or individuals with at least 6 months of experience who are passionate about the Ed-tech industry and student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Career Guidance: Understand student goals and suggest the most suitable upskilling programs.
- Lead Management: Regularly follow up with leads generated through various platforms.
- Counseling & Conversion: Conduct face-to-face and telephonic counseling sessions to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admission details.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly admission targets to ensure organizational growth.
Requirements:
- Experience: Freshers can apply (Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in counseling or sales are preferred).
- Education: Graduation in any field.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Mindset: Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about career guidance.
