Job Description
MM Mithaiwala is looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store and operational activities.
- Manage and coordinate staff during shifts.
- Ensure proper staff attendance, discipline and duty allocation.
- Monitor customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Coordinate between kitchen, counter, service and other operational teams.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Ensure smooth operations during peak business hours.
- Handle operational issues and report major concerns to management.
- Ensure company procedures and service standards are followed.
- Prepare basic daily operational reports.
- Support management in improving productivity and customer experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an Operations Supervisor, Store Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, Floor Manager or similar role preferred.
- Experience in F&B, restaurant, sweets, bakery, QSR or retail operations will be preferred.
- Strong staff-management and leadership skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving ability.
- Must be comfortable working a 12-hour duty shift.
- Candidates located in or around Malad, Kandivali, Goregaon and nearby areas will be preferred.
Salary: ₹45,000 per month
