We are seeking a Lead/Senior Business Analyst to join our Asset Management team, driving a Finance/IT transformation program with a strong emphasis on upstream data quality, interface standardization and end-to-end consistency of reporting outputs. This role sits at the intersection of Finance SMEs, multiple IT delivery teams and architecture and is accountable for turning complex data and process needs into implementable requirements and verified outcomes.
Responsibilities

Decompose the upstream landscape, including sources, formats, frequency and controls, and clarify key data definitions

Document lineage from upstream sources to program outputs and maintain an interface catalog and data catalog

Analyze key feeds and data sources, such as Salesforce, SIMCORP, Global Product Master, and GDH/LDH, along with additional product and custodian feeds

Elicit and structure requirements across upstream data domains, including static data, AUM, flows, fund/transaction/holding data, prices, trailer fees, revenues and client data

Define data schedules and snapshot needs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, with attention to month-end flash versus actual reporting windows

Establish business process definitions, approval/sign-off workflows and associated control design, including redesign of processes where needed

Support subsystem transition strategy for platforms such as GVOR and IPR, including dependency management

Define acceptance criteria, align business rules and support solution design by clarifying intent and edge cases

Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to resolve ambiguity in data definitions and ownership, maintaining decision logs and RACI documentation

Make cross-workstream dependencies visible early through RAID logs, confirm assumptions and maintain traceability across teams

Produce high-quality analysis artifacts, including BRDs, user stories, process maps, decision logs and sign-off packs

Facilitate workshops, align multiple teams and manage conflicting priorities among stakeholders
Requirements
-
7-15 years of experience in IT, with proven experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and BRD/FRD documentation

Knowledge of VaR calculations and risk models

Expertise in data and interface analysis, including data flows, source-to-target mappings, data quality issues and reconciliation logic

Background in developing and maintaining interface catalogs and data dictionaries

Understanding of asset management Finance data and reporting concepts, such as AUM, flows and revenue components, along with the associated needs for controls, evidence and auditability

Skills in structured requirements elicitation, decomposition, prioritization and sign-off management, with the ability to write unambiguous requirements

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and SQL

Competency in stakeholder management, including facilitating workshops, aligning multiple teams and managing conflicting priorities

Capability to work independently and drive analysis activities with strong ownership and a self-driven working style
