Key Responsibilities
- Support senior consultants in planning and executing client projects
- Conduct field visits to observe and understand client operations
- Gather and analyze both financial and non-financial data from clients
- Conduct interviews with client employees, management, and stakeholders
- Assist in developing project plans, documentation, and work reports
- Contribute to drafting insights, recommendations, and presentations
- Participate in primary and secondary research to derive actionable insights
- Apply problem-solving frameworks to support business transformation solutions
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and tools to measure project effectiveness
- Ensure regular communication with internal teams and external clients
- Assist in implementing recommendations and ensuring client success
- Document learnings and contribute to organizational knowledge building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4.5 – 5.5 years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred), Sales, Outbound Direct Sales, or Channel Sales
- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and research skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle team coordination and client interaction
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Access is a plus)
- Strong observation and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
