Accounts & Admin Assistant
Trionix Global, a reputed Digital Marketing Company, is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented candidate for the role of Accounts & Admin Assistant. The candidate will assist with accounting activities, administrative coordination, client follow-ups, and office management tasks. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist in handling day-to-day accounting and administrative activities
- Manage invoices, payment follow-ups, and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments, approvals, and documentation
- Maintain proper filing systems for financial and office documents
- Assist in preparing reports, records, and data entries
- Support the management team with assigned administrative tasks
- Handle email and phone communications professionally
- Assist in client onboarding and basic coordination activities
- Maintain communication with clients regarding updates and requirements
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts and Administration can apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and GST filing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn company-specific software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to handle responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism
Work Mode:
Salary: Up to ₹15k to 20k per month (based on experience)
