Key Responsibilities (Non-Logistics Focus)
- Itinerary Design & Customization: Developing unique, engaging daily schedules, activities, and experiences for guests based on their interests.
- Booking and Documentation: Managing hotel reservations, booking guided tours, and processing guest travel vouchers or tickets.
- Guest Support & Experience Management: Serving as the main point of contact during trips, resolving customer queries, and troubleshooting issues to ensure a high-quality experience.
- Quality Control & Feedback: Monitoring service quality at partners (e.g., local guides, experiential activities) and handling post-tour feedback.
