Salon & Spa Duty Manager

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Manage day-to-day salon and spa operations during assigned shifts.
- Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and staff allocation.
- Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and service quality standards.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate replenishment of products and supplies.
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional environment at all times.
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve outlet sales targets through memberships, packages, retail products, and service upgrades.
- Promote ongoing offers and loyalty programs.
- Support revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling.
Team Leadership
- Supervise therapists, beauticians, receptionists, and attendants.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure staff grooming and discipline.
- Train and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
Reporting & Cash Handling
- Manage billing, POS transactions, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Ensure accurate guest and sales records.
Requirements
- Graduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in Spa, Salon, Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness operations.
- Excellent English communication and guest-handling skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Sales-oriented with experience in memberships and retail sales.
- Knowledge of spa/salon software such as Zenoti is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
