The Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy to increase visibility, website traffic, and appointment conversions across all three branches.
- Create localized campaigns tailored to specific market—targeting beauty-conscious consumers, brides-to-be, professionals, and youth segments.
- Plan and execute seasonal, bridal, and festive campaigns to promote treatments and packages.
2. Digital Channel Management
- Manage and optimize clinic websites, ensuring SEO health, regular content updates, and service visibility.
- Lead social media strategy across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube—focusing on engagement, education, and brand storytelling.
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) with measurable ROI.
- Run email, WhatsApp, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and improve patient retention.
3. Brand Promotion & Third-Party Collaborations
- Build strategic online partnerships and listing promotions on relevant third-party websites and platforms such as:
o Bridal and wedding portals
o Matrimonial and lifestyle sites
o Airhostess training institutes and beauty academies
o Beauty parlor, bridal boutiques, convention centers, and bridal dress material stores
- Coordinate cross-promotions, joint events, and influencer collaborations to increase local visibility and referrals.
- Strengthen online reputation management through reviews, testimonials, and before–after success stories.
4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze digital performance metrics (traffic, leads, cost per acquisition, engagement rate) using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports for management, with insights and recommendations for improvement.
