Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 3–4 years of experience to create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and modern design principles to improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Improve user experience by analyzing customer behavior and feedback.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, colors, and branding.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain UI components and design guidelines.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Optimize existing products for better usability, accessibility, and performance.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and UX best practices.
