Job Summary
iTechEdge LLC is hiring Junior and Senior Domestic IT Recruiters to join our recruitment team. We are looking for enthusiastic professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow their careers in IT recruitment.
Experience
- Junior Domestic IT Recruiter: 0–2 years
- Senior Domestic IT Recruiter: 2+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with the hiring team to ensure timely closures.
Additional Responsibilities (Senior Recruiter)
- Guide and support junior recruiters.
- Review candidate profiles before submission.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and provide recruitment updates.
- Help achieve team hiring targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of IT recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a personal laptop.
- Willing to work onsite in Trichy.
- Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
