SprigStack is seeking a passionate and skilled Flutter Developer with 1-3 years of experience to join our mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Flutter and Dart, experience building cross-platform mobile applications, and a good grasp of mobile app design best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to build seamless user experiences.
- Optimize app performance for speed and scalability.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely fixes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Solid understanding of mobile app development life cycle.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Firebase, and state management solutions like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
- Experience with Git and version control workflows.
- Good knowledge of both iOS and Android development environments.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Good to Have:
- Experience publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
