Location: Gandhinagar (On- site)
Timings: 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM. Monday to Saturday. 2nd & 4th Saturday OFF.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and schedule meeting for IT products/services.
- Research, identify and qualify leads through telecalling and maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Understand client requirements and explain company solutions effectively.
- Schedule meetings or demos for the business development/sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in CRM.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales/ telecalling, preferably in digital marketing, IT and service-based industries.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Must be fluent in Gujarati and Hindi. Preferrable good English communication.
- Ability to explain technical solutions in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital solutions or IT services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
