We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with AWS cloud services, Windows Server administration, and SQL Server database management. This role will be responsible for managing backups, disaster recovery plans, and providing support for deployments and server maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, including EC2 instances, S3 storage, RDS databases, and IAM policies.
- Maintain and administer Windows servers and SQL Server databases, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Assist teams with backup management, database query executions, release deployments, and routine server maintenance.
- Ensure disaster recovery (DR) plans are up to date and effectively tested.
- Support networking operations, including VPN configurations, SSL certificate management, and firewall administration.
- Automate routine tasks using Python, PowerShell, and batch scripts to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting system issues and optimizing performance.
- Monitor and analyze system logs and alerts to proactively identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.
