The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US/Canada customers
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Maintain professional communication and active listening
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Maintain call records and follow company guidelines
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in night shifts (US/Canada process)
- Customer-focused attitude
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in International BPO is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle pressure and targets (if applicable)
