Pre-Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven Pre-Sales Executives to support our B2B sales team by identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong interest in sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with prospective business clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
- Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant products and services.
- Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Business Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in at least one regional language: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, or Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, IT services, telecom, or technology solutions is an added advantage.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
