Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Manager to manage inventory, purchasing, quality checks, and manufacturing support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily stock and inventory records.
- Purchase raw materials, packaging materials, and other required items.
- Check incoming stock for quantity, condition, and quality.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation.
- Maintain minimum stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
- Coordinate with the manufacturing team and ensure materials are available on time.
- Supervise material issuance and consumption during manufacturing.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
- Prepare basic stock and purchase reports for management.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Store, Inventory, Purchase, or Manufacturing.
- Experience in Ayurveda, Pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to take ownership and manage operations independently.
Immediate Joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
