Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating quality leads, improving campaign performance, and driving business growth through strategic online advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Generate and nurture quality leads through performance marketing initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROI.
- Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams for ad development.
- Perform A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
