Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end supply chain strategy and efficiency.
- Lead procurement and vendor negotiations to ensure quality and compliance.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and distribution for timely delivery.
- Manage inventory and demand planning across multiple sites.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and finance to align operations.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in SCM, Logistics, or related field
- 10+ years of SCM experience, ideally in PPE or garment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of global supply chain practices and ERP systems.
- Proven leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Expertise in lean supply chain and cost optimization.
- Strong vendor development and relationship management.
- Knowledge of compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
- Ability to manage multi-site operations centrally.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Data-driven decision-making and advanced Excel/analytics proficiency
