Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media accounts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content, including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, content optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor website and social media performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to execute marketing strategies.
- Assist in managing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing activities.
- Research industry trends and identify opportunities to improve digital marketing efforts.
- Help maintain and update company websites and digital assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (Freshers with relevant skills are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads would be good.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of B2B marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools and automation platforms.
