We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 1 year of experience in sales support, research, or campaign execution. The ideal candidate would be someone who has hands-on experience in sales support. Should be adaptable, eager to learn and ready to work with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of email warm-up tools (Warmup Inbox, Folderly)
- Strong research skills using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM, Workflow Automation, Dashboard)
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities
- Work on researching & developing utilities, toolkits, processes, tactics and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience in B2B marketing/sales and multi-channel lead generation
- Working knowledge on PowerBI & SQL
- Background in cybersecurity or IT consulting
- Conduct targeted market research to identify high-potential industries and decision-makers
- Write clear, conversion-focused emails for outbound outreach
- Understand basic email deliverability protocols (DNS, SPF, DKIM)
- Coordinate with Marketing team to plan, promote, and generate qualified leads for webinars and events through targeted email campaigns, manage execution, and analyze post-event results to optimize lead generation
- Build and manage sales/marketing campaigns via HubSpot, including email automation, audience segmentation, and lead nurturing workflows
- Ensure clean, segmented, and conversion-ready databases; maintain CRM hygiene
- Manage contact sourcing using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Crunchbase
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies, execute campaigns effectively, and drive measurable outcomes
- Design and maintain custom reports and dashboards via HubSpot to monitor KPIs and provide insights for strategic decisions
