We are looking for a draftsman to join our office. The detailer will work on complex projects across the country. The ideal candidate should be proficient in CAD and have experience working on a variety of projects. This role requires close collaboration with architects, urban designers, and the design team to create highly accurate technical drawings.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings for schematic, tender, and Good for Construction (GFC) submissions with utmost accuracy and precision.
- Develop details with a focus on constructability and compliance with building bye-laws.
- Understand HCP’s design philosophy for detailing and incorporate it into all project drawings.
- Develop a customized working drawing list for each project.
Education:
- ITI / Diploma in Civil Draftsmanship
- Certification in AutoCAD / ArchiCAD
Experience:
- Years: 3 to 5 years
- Industry: Architecture / Urban Design
Skills (Mandatory):
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of building bye-laws and constructability.
- Ability to produce detailed drawings with precision and clarity.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment .
- Strong time and priority management skills.
- Working knowledge of ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
Skills (Preferred):
- Advanced working knowledge of SketchUp and Photoshop.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
