Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing strategy, brand development, and business growth initiatives for our FMCG business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead brand positioning, brand communication, and consumer engagement initiatives.
- Drive annual marketing plans, campaigns, promotions, and product launch strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage ATL, BTL, digital marketing, trade marketing, and activation campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product Development, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams.
- Monitor marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing investments.
- Build and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.
- Lead market research initiatives to understand consumer behavior and emerging trends.
- Track campaign performance through KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Marketing or related field from a reputed institute.
- 7–12 years of experience in FMCG marketing, including team management experience.
- Strong expertise in brand management, consumer marketing, trade marketing, and digital marketing.
- Proven success in driving brand growth and market expansion.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling multiple product categories.
- Expertise in market research and consumer insights.
- Strong understanding of modern digital and performance marketing channels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
