Job Description
General Summary of role: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will take the lead on client projects and collaborate closely with other designers, developers, and stakeholders. Your expertise in UI/UX design, particularly for enterprise applications, will play a crucial role in shaping the digital experiences for our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead and manage client projects, ensuring designs align with client goals and user needs while maintaining a high standard of design quality.

Use Figma to design and create components, ensuring a streamlined design system and consistency across projects.

Develop comprehensive information architectures, user flows, and wireframes for intuitive navigation and interaction.

Design and build interactive prototypes for A/B testing to validate design concepts and improve user experience.

Work closely with developers to ensure the design is implemented accurately and efficiently.

Mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the overall design strategy.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

3-4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

Expertise in Figma, including component creation and component-based design systems

Proven experience in developing information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

A strong background in designing for enterprise applications and understanding business requirements.

Experience conducting A/B testing and iterating on designs based on feedback.

Excellent communication skills and experience in client-facing roles, managing expectations and delivering high-quality design solutions.

Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and design consistency.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:

3-4 years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.

Experience in Agile methodologies and collaboration in cross-functional teams. Familiarity with design systems, version control, and design handoff tools.
