Job Summary:
The Senior Service Engineer is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery. They ensure efficient operation, minimize downtime, and provide technical support to clients and internal teams. The role involves supervising junior engineers, training customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal production downtime.
- Develop maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
2. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation for all maintenance activities.
3. Customer Support & Training
- Conduct training sessions for customers and operators on machine operation and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns and provide recommendations for equipment improvements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
4. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Mentor and supervise junior service engineers and technicians.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.
- Collaborate with other departments (Production, Quality, R&D) to improve equipment reliability.
5. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures in maintenance procedures.
- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices.
Qualification: Diploma /BE IC\ Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical
Location : Kota, Rajasthan
Expierence : 1 Year to 3 Year
Salary : 25000 to 43000 onhand
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
