Operation Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch by maintaining accurate records, supporting chit registrations, coordinating with members, handling documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations, and providing operational support to the Branch Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain all chit-related records and documents accurately.
- Process new chit enrollments and verify member documents.
- Prepare and maintain subscriber files and KYC records.
- Assist in conducting chit auctions and prepare auction proceedings.
- Verify bid documents and process prize-related documentation.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for prize amount disbursement.
- Maintain daily collection, receipt, and payment records.
- Update member information in the chit management software.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Follow up with branches for pending documentation and compliance.
- Ensure all records comply with the applicable provisions of the Chit Fund Act and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required operational documents.
- Handle member queries regarding chit operations.
- Monitor pending documentation and ensure timely completion.
- Support branch audits and internal inspections.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
