Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at UPL Limited. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth plant operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical faults in motors, panels, drives, and PLC systems
- Ensure uninterrupted power supply and proper functioning of plant machinery
- Handle installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment
- Maintain documentation related to electrical maintenance and compliance
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth plant operations
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
- Monitor energy consumption and suggest cost-saving initiatives
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and industrial equipment
- Experience with PLC, VFD, and automation systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance
Qualifications:
- B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years to Maximum 7 years in a manufacturing or chemical industry
Salary:
- As per industry standards / Based on interview
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Note: This position is on the payroll of Quess Corp Limited and deployed at UPL Limited.
Pay: ₹10,464.39 - ₹45,875.77 per month
