Role Overview
We are looking for a Fundraising & Investor Relations professional to support debt and equity fundraising initiatives. The role will focus on building investor connections, guiding the leadership team through the VC/PE ecosystem, and helping scale a profitable trading-led business into a pan-India, scalable model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead fundraising efforts across debt and equity
- Facilitate introductions and relationships with VC, PE, angel investors, and alternative finance institutions
- Educate and guide promoters on VC/PE structures, expectations, and fundraising processes
- Prepare and manage pitch decks, investor data rooms, and financial narratives
- Work closely with founders to identify scalability gaps and align funding strategy
- Coordinate with bankers, advisors, and financial institutions as required
- Support valuation discussions, term sheets, and due diligence processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, VC, PE, or startup finance
- Strong understanding of debt and equity fundraising mechanisms
- Exposure to the VC/PE ecosystem (investor pitching, deal structuring, closures)
- Ability to translate a profitable traditional/trading business into a VC-ready story
- Strong communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with scalable or growth-stage businesses preferred
