Role Purpose
Lead the finance and accounts function for a real estate company, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and strategic support for property development and sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning: Develop financial strategies aligned with real estate projects and long-term growth.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare project-specific budgets, cash flow forecasts, and monitor variances.
- Accounting Oversight: Supervise accounting operations including project costing, vendor payments, and client collections.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, income tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor liquidity, manage working capital, and optimize fund allocation across projects.
- Risk Management: Identify risks related to property investments, financing, and regulatory changes.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present financial performance to management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accountability.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent.
- 8–12 years of experience in finance/accounts, with at least 3–5 years in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, GST compliance, and real_estate_taxation.
Skills & Competencies
- Analytical Skills for project evaluation and profitability analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and real estate accounting software.
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor and client dealings.
- Ability to balance compliance with strategic business growth.
Performance Indicators
- Accuracy of project cost tracking and reporting.
- Compliance with RERA, GST, and taxation deadlines.
- Efficiency in cash flow and fund utilization.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
