Responsibilities:-
- Ensures physician productivity by timely scheduling of patient appointments, tele-consultations, maintaining departmental programs, etc.
- Improve overall coordination within the department and hence improve performance of the department.
- Keeps departmental operation smooth by following instructions; maintaining supplies etc.
- Overall guidance to the patients who come to the department and Instructions regarding other services like Lab, Radiology, pharmacy etc. will be given in detail to the patients (location, services etc.).
- Ensures timely scheduling of advised investigations, tests etc. and handing over the results to the patients
- Coordinating meetings and scheduling departmental activities as per requirement
- Maintaining and recording of quality monitors in the department
- Oversee the requirements of both the consultants & patients
- Liaison of the department with other departments
- Promptly attend calls from patients irrespective of time.
Qualification- Any Degree
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
