SMT Engineer
Qualification:
✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (ECE, EEE, E&I or Related Field)
Experience:
✔ 1 to 5 Years in Electronics Manufacturing Industry
Job Description:
✔ Operate and monitor SMT production lines.
✔ Perform machine setup, changeovers, and program verification.
✔ Troubleshoot SMT process and equipment-related issues.
✔ Ensure production targets are achieved with minimum downtime.
✔ Monitor and improve PCB assembly quality and process efficiency.
✔ Handle SPI, AOI, Reflow Oven, Screen Printer, and Pick & Place Machines.
✔ Analyze defects and implement corrective actions.
✔ Maintain production records and process documentation.
✔ Follow 5S, ESD, and safety standards on the shop floor.
✔ Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
