Job Title: Centre Head – Play School
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Centre Head to oversee the overall administration, academic excellence, and operational management of the Play School. The Centre Head will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Academic Leadership
- Plan, implement, and monitor early childhood curriculum and activities.
- Ensure age-appropriate teaching methodologies and learning outcomes.
- Supervise lesson planning and classroom execution.
- Maintain high standards of teaching quality and child development practices.
2. Operations & Administration
- Manage daily operations of the centre efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations.
- Oversee infrastructure, learning resources, and classroom readiness.
- Maintain records, documentation, and reporting systems.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and support staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional work culture.
4. Parent Engagement & Admissions
- Build strong relationships with parents and guardians.
- Address parent concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Lead admission drives and promotional activities to achieve enrolment targets.
5. Financial & Business Management
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue targets.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Support marketing initiatives to enhance the centre’s visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in early childhood education.
- Prior experience in a leadership or administrative role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
