Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Biotech Engineer (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology or a related life sciences field and possess a basic understanding of laboratory experiment equipment and scientific instruments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with laboratory technologies, customer interactions, and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the demonstration and application of laboratory equipment and scientific instruments.
- Support customers by explaining the features, operation, and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams during product installations and customer visits.
- Provide technical assistance and respond to customer queries related to laboratory instruments.
- Stay updated on laboratory technologies and product specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical documents, reports, and product presentations.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, demonstrations, and service activities.
- Follow company policies and ensure professional conduct during customer engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of laboratory experiment equipment and scientific instruments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and work in a customer-facing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is desirable.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and training, if required.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of common laboratory instruments such as microscopes, centrifuges, incubators, spectrophotometers, PCR systems, autoclaves, and analytical balances.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
