We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer with 3+ years of experience in construction billing, quantity surveying, and cost control. The candidate will be responsible for preparing client and subcontractor bills, quantity verification, reconciliation, and ensuring timely submission and certification of invoices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit RA Bills and Final Bills as per contract requirements.
- Verify quantities from drawings, BOQs, and site measurements.
- Prepare and certify subcontractor bills.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and measurement verification.
- Perform material reconciliation and quantity reconciliation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and clients regarding billing matters.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and supporting documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction billing and quantity surveying.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, Final Bills, and Rate Analysis.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
