Experience: 3–4 Years (Cafe / QSR / Casual Dining)
Role Summary: Lead cafe operations at SAVA-Spotworks, ensuring consistent food quality, efficient execution, and innovative menu offerings aligned with a modern café format.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily operations, prep, and service
· Design and standardize café menu (snacks, beverages, quick meals)
· Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
· Manage inventory, food cost, and wastage control
· Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food regulations
· Train and supervise cafe staff for speed and efficiency
· Coordinate with café operations for smooth service delivery
Key Skills:
· Strong café/QSR management experience
· Menu innovation with cost control mindset
· Knowledge of hygiene & food safety standards
· Team leadership and fast-paced execution ability
Preferred: Experience in specialty café concepts, coffee pairings, or modern snack formats
