Job Summary
Walpar Nutritions Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Executive to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in GMP documentation, IPQA activities, batch record review, line clearance, and QMS documentation in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing operations.
- Conduct line clearance before batch initiation.
- Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Handle Deviations, CAPA, Change Control, OOS, and Market Complaints.
- Participate in internal audits and regulatory inspections.
- Review and maintain quality-related documentation.
- Monitor manufacturing and packing processes to ensure product quality.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Warehouse, and Regulatory departments.
- Ensure calibration, validation, and qualification records are maintained.
- Conduct GMP training and awareness programs for employees.
- Support product release activities and documentation.
Requirements
- Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology or related field)
- Experience: 2–5 Years in QA (Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Industry)
- Good knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, QMS, IPQA, and documentation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
