We are looking for a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Analyst with strong experience in Approval Workflows and Fast Formula development, particularly in Compensation and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and maintain Approval Workflows using Oracle BPM tools
- Develop and implement Fast Formulas for:
- Compensation (salary, bonus, incentives calculations)
- Benefits (eligibility rules, deductions, validations)
- Configure workflow rules based on business requirements and approval hierarchies
- Analyze and translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshoot workflow issues and resolve production incidents
- Collaborate with functional teams to support HCM modules
- Ensure best practices in HCM configurations and customizations
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Hands-on expertise in Approval Workflow configuration (BPM / AME)
- Proficiency in Fast Formula development
- Experience working on:
- Compensation module
- Benefits module
- Good understanding of HCM business processes
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with HCM Extracts / BI Reports (OTBI)
- Knowledge of HDL / HSDL data loads
- Basic understanding of APIs (REST / SOAP)
- SQL knowledge
- Experience in other modules like Absence or Payroll is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, HR, or related field
