What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in providing technical support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Learn to manage, configure, and troubleshoot Linux-based servers and systems under guidance.
- Handle and respond to support tickets via email, phone, or support portal.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and security alerts to maintain uptime.
- Work alongside experienced development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues.
- Maintain clear documentation of troubleshooting steps and solutions.
- Support the team during system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
- Follow company IT policies and security protocols at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Linux certification (RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Linux+, or equivalent) .
- Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix OS and shell scripting (academic or self-taught is fine).
- Awareness of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
- Willingness to learn ticketing systems and remote support tools on the job.
- Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English — spoken and written (basic proficiency is sufficient).
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) through coursework or personal projects.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus).
- Basic awareness of Docker or Kubernetes concepts.
Eligibility
- Education: Any graduate (B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / BSc IT or equivalent)
- Experience: 0 – 1 Year (Freshers actively encouraged to apply)
- Certification: Linux certification is mandatory
- Language: Basic English proficiency required
