As a Senior Regional Business Manager , you will lead the strategy and product management for the Research Chemicals business across India and the META region.
As the Senior Regional Business Manager for Research Chemicals at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing business operations across India and the META region. You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver results will be essential to achieving business objectives.
You will report directly to the General Manager and work from our designated city and state location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will drive market expansion, sales and revenue growth, stakeholder engagement, financial performance, team leadership, operational efficiency, quality assurance, risk management, community engagement, strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, communication, issue resolution, and brand reputation. You will play an instrumental role in ensuring the organization's success within the region and strengthening its market position.
