Extensive experience in HM works with specifications, planning materials and fabrication sequences, and coordinating the cutting, forming, fit?up, and welding of components such as gates, penstocks, trash racks, and embedded parts while ensuring compliance with WPS and quality standards; it includes supervising dimensional control, alignment, and distortion management, conducting stage-wise inspections and NDT testing, and ensuring proper surface preparation and protective coating, along with maintaining detailed documentation like fabrication records, welding logs, and inspection reports, coordinating with QA/QC, design, and site teams, ensuring safe practices, and managing timely dispatch of fabricated components with proper identification, all while meeting project quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
