- Excellent tour planning and coordination skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle corporate and leisure travel requirements
- Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused personality
- Experience in dealing with Corporate Guests and VIP clients
- Ability to manage tour operations and resolve issues efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems will be an added advantage
